The person answering the phone I think is ***. She does an excellent job setting up a driver, making sure the information is correct, and the passenger understands. Drivers have been great. No complaints. I do like that they have the usual destinations that a person goes to in a computer. Service is punctual. I do not have to fool with the poor Uber and Lyft sign-up phone systems to schedule a ride. Please no automated sign-*** or automated chats.
