gogograndparent has a terrific customer service department.the times i called they were very friendly and knowlegeable.today i talked to **************** was very nice to me.he then transferred me to ***** a supervisor whe was extremely nice and helpful.i deactivated my account for now and will probably use gogograndparent in the future.i had to deactivate my account because every 30 days i would be charged ***** to keep the account and the next time i use them would be maybe 6 months or so.so ***** told me that he would mak... read more
