I've had Uber for about 7 months ! Also known as gogo grandparents. They are the very best! Always ontime,courteous drivers ,very clean vehicles Never once have I had an unpleasant ride.

I am completely happy with the service I received. I've got another trip scheduled for a doctor ************ I think it's a great service! When I called for a pick-up from my appointment I was told the driver would be there in two minutes. I walked out the door of the medical office and he was already waiting for me with the seat moved forward so I could get in the car easier (I use a ****** and have a difficult time getting around). Well.the first driver came and went, stating that my e-bike would not fit into his vehicle. I thanked him because I completely understood. To my surprise, my phone rang and it was the gentleman on a recording letting me know that another driver was dispatched and would be arriving in 4 minutes!I was shocked, the first driver was barely leaving and did not even have time to call for another ride yet.These people were all over it and went way beyond their call of duty. I had never ordered my own Uber before, and hadn't even heard of Go Go Grandparent until I googled "cabs near me." I had put off getting an Uber app. Now I don't have to! It really couldn't have been easier. This relieves so much anxiety about transportation. I'm also very pleased about the other services they offer. **************** is friendly and helpful.
