Go Go Grandparent for Uber does an amazing job. Yesterday they picked me up in ************ where I had a medical appointment and drove me back home. The driver was on time and was very courteous and pleasant.

God's Love and caring for people lives in this business from the operator, ****, and the first driver, *****, and to the last driver, *******. I could see the caring of people and the love for them and God's children and their needs to be met. ***** even had extra water bottles for people to drink if they needed. My driver always came within a very reasonable time and they let me know when I should be outside waiting and the color vehicle , the name of the driver, and so much information is given that made it easy to relax .... read more

The young lady who helped me over the phone was a savior! We requested an Uber several days before, but they didn't let us know there wasn't a driver available until minutes before we were scheduled to depart for the airport. Even though our driver started our return trip to the airport one hour later than expected (and we were on the phone with Go Go Grandparent for almost one hour), we made it to our flight in time and our luggage made it too! I have been a Go Go Grandparents rider since 2022. I have had excellent service from the Grandchildren assisting me in my needs. I now have my baby sis as a new member too. I have only been able to attend a few of chair yoga and chair fitness due to family sleeping schedules, as not to disturb them I am one for cranking up the video!!
