I have used gogograndparents for several years all over *****************. I travel a lot and do not always feel like battling traffic with a rental car. They always tell you the name of the driver make and type of vehicle. Also the color and license plate number and state. They are kind and courteous. And yes, the driven has always arrived at the designated time. The drivers are ******************* and friendly. I highly recommend them. ********************

These were my first two rides using GoGoGrandparent, and they were both wonderful: - The two cars were clean and had no negative odors, and they arrived exactly on time. - The drivers were helpful; storing my handicapped ****** in the trunk and giving it back to me at the end of each ride. - One car even had free bottled waters, ***************** in the pockets behind the two front seats for free. - The pickup phone calls were great. When driver arrived he was very considerate & thoughtful by driving right to curb & due to my lack of balance and use of rollater he assisted me getting into car & knew how to fold the rollater which many drivers dont. The car was comfortable, his driving very good. When arriving at my destination he helped me out of car & up the stairs which had no handrail. I couldnt ask for a better driver.

I was able to get service so quickly. I only had to wait about ten minutes. The driver, ****, was very pleasant, as were the people on the phone.I was having a bad time finding the place I needed to go, it was stressful, and I was just kind of stuck.
