Ordering a ride is simple, the operator is most helpful. Im new at this game so was nervous but two doctors appoints in a week while suffering from hip bursitis made this necessary. Specify car type. SUV and crossovers are too tall for me but I managed on one ride, I was desperate to get home. Too bad some drivers consider their SUVs to be sedans.
