Dirty beds, it was obvious they didn’t clean the beds from previous guest, black widow spider webs outside property near doors and windows, and the windows very dangerous unable to stay up as soon as I touched without any press goes dawn hardly beds were second floor no air conditioner we have to let the windows open it was extremely warm ,shower was dirty too, very bad experience.

The ants were swarming the kitchen. The fireplace could not be used as it smokes. The worst complaint I have is I finalized on Expedia and the the property tagged on extra fees that said taxes. When I asked them about it they said it was a cleaning fee that they don’t include in third party sites. I am not a happy customer and will never return and will tell everyone I know.

These are very rustic cabins. The kitchen has some basic supplies but definitely mismatched and not enough utensils. Bring some plastic plastic utensils. We were in a 2 bedroom cottage (10) which had 4 beds, enough for 5 people- maybe 3 kids and 2 adults. There is a living room with 2 couches and a very small TV (19 inch?). The first night the toilet flooded and we had water all over the first floor. It was had to contact. This happened at 2am I tried the number on their website. And no answer. Do not recommend, will not be returning- EVER. Check in should have been at 3pm, we weren’t able to check in until 430pm due to rooms not being cleaned and ready. There appeared to be only one person on staff-running the office and cleaning the rooms, which really makes you think about how much time was put into the sanitation of each room/cottage. We reserved a deluxe studio. It was tiny. The cottage was completely outdated which I know is usually expected for cabins like this but it was pretty bad. Carpets had not been vac... read more

Liked the area. Did not like that our reservation wasn’t ready until about 5pm, 2 hours late

Charged 100 more than Expedia confirmed room rate. The front desk said they sent their own quote to me after I reserved through Expedia (and actually they didn't until I checked in and asked them.) I have used Expedia for so many years and have never heard that a hotel would or could send a different quote that what Expedia has already confirmed and assured to a customer. Very disappointing Jacuzzi was not hot. The heaters warm too hot and made difficult to breathe. Cold water knob to shower could not turn unless you had channel locks. We actually got headaches from the wall heaters. Emitted too much gas. We will not go back
