Property was not well equipped, outdated, cracks in the walls, dirty pots and pans. Water in shower kept getting stuck....Jacuzzi had dirty water and the heated pool was covered/unavailable. Owners need to invest more money in the property in order to keep it attractive to customers. Outside of cabin was cute.

I’m sorry for your experience. We do pride ourselves in our property being rustic. The pool area is closed until summertime so it is indeed covered. We will make sure housekeepers are checking kitchen utensils better. Thank you for the input.
2 things went wrong: 1. I had booked for 2 queen beds but 1 of the beds was futon. They had not mentioned this on the booking page! 2. They charge quite hefty cleaning/resort fee. This fee was not disclosed at the time of booking nor it was mentioned anywhere in their description. The cleaning person did not make our beds. Only changed trash!

Check in was a problem. The property doesn’t have a 24 hour staff. We arrived 6ish pm&no one is at the desk. NEVER trust expedia prices about the prize.I booked this cabin hoping we’ll save money but NO. I got charged 50% extra bc the property suddenly increased their prices without notifying us before booking. I read this from the reviews but didnt believe it. TRUST the reviews people. It does help. If you want to save money & still get a quality service & rooms dont book this cabin

Our rates on Expedia are correct however, like it states at the bottom of the booking page, extra fees apply. We are sorry for your experience. We’d love to offer you a free night to come another time. Please call us and we’d love to resolve this and if you were charged anything beyond the cleaning fee, we are happy to refund that as well.
About the property nothing very upset because my check in was at 3:00pm and the room wasn’t ready till 4:30 pm

We had a ruin man that our cabinet was next to his shop and a rude rude way told us to move the cars . A please will be nicer that a NOW

On our first night we weren't told how to operate the heater to make it warmer upstairs. So we were freezing, also the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping every 30-40 secs, kept most of us awake the first night. Toilet kept running, had to manually stop it a few times. Closet doors were off the hinges, looked like they were about to fall. Some beds were very squeeky with little movement.
