Facility needs improvement. I’m so upset because we arrived at 7:20 pm and when we called earlier, the lady didn’t tell us they were closing early instead of 9pm. They left the key outside of the office. My concern is what if someone just took the key?

WE DID HAVE AN EMERGENCY THAT EVENING, BUT LEFT KEYS IN THE DESIGNATED KEY BOX. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH SOMEONE ELSE GETTING THE WRONG KEYS SINCE THEY ARE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR NAME ON THEM. WE ARE GLAD YOU RETRIEVED YOUR KEYS SUCCESSFULLY AND HAD A GREAT STAY
No internet all week, kind of dirty kitchen. Bad beds and pillows. And closed commun areas such as pool and spa....

We apologize that the internet was down. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Charter the internet company and the line has been down. We just replaced all of the beds with brand new temper pedic beds. We are sorry you didn’t like them. The pool is always closed in the winter but the jacuzzi has been open everyday. We are sorry for your experience. Have a blessed new year.

No wifi connection. Some windows hadn't locks. Some chairs were weak to seat on them. Cabin looked insecure.
The place is very old, run down and smells. There were spiders in the bed and ants in the kitchen.

Close to the village. Pros: Convenient location. Cons: Update the decor. And make sure lighting works. Location: Not too far from the village or lake. We went for our anniversary. requested 1 queen bed with kitchenette. They UPGRADED us to a 2 bedroom with kitchen. The bedrooms were upstairs. with no television in either room. This cabin literally would sleep 10. a queen and king bed in both rooms and couch also slept 2. However there was only enough seating. for 5 or 6 . A layer of dust with Huge spiders The room was quite nice besides having to knock down all the cobwebs and killing a few spiders. After that sitting on a bed and seeing a layer of dust all the way across the beds. Its like room keeping hadn't been there in a decade. I would say hotel is nice over all and room keeping needs a whole new system in cleaning it's rooms. :-(

Set of cabins right on the main road I was disappointed about many things with my stay. Here is what worked for me... Pros: ~Relatively clean. I did not expect hotel quality clean as you are in a cabin. The cleanliness was more than I would have expected in a typical rustic cabin. ~There were features I would not have expected in a cabin.
