UPDATED: in response to management, your employee called and let me know you DO have the vehicle. Another salesperson was trying to steal her sale, and attempted to direct me to a different car. This happens so often your employees apparently feel the need to hide keys from one another, which is the most absurdly unprofessional environment I've ever encountered as a customer. The absolute worst buying experience anyone could have. They bait you with a great price - and then won't honor the price. I literally spoke to a salesperson and that person told me the price was as advertised. I said great let's do the deal. So they sent me a credit application. Then decided they didn't want to honor the price. The manager I spoke to literally said no one gets the advertised price. They just do it to get people in the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Mario Sosnowski is the classic “used car salesman.” Not only is he a snake, but he is an unprofessional one. He offered me a terrible deal on trade-in, I said fine as I wanted the new car. Essentially, he told me my money wasn’t good enough because I couldn’t come until the next day and he had someone else looking at it later that evening. 2020 F150 CUSTOM ORDER HE WORKED VERY HARD WITH ME TO MAKE THE RIGHT DEAL. ORDERED TRUCK FROM FORD. HE KEPT ME INFORMED EVEN WHEN PLANT WAS SHUT DOWN.
I inquired online about a Black 2020 Explorer they had posted on their website for $51,200 with 5 miles on it and a production date of Dec. 2019. The price was about $9,000 less then the MSRP and $3,000 less than the same vehicle at other dealerships nearby. Bought a truck from this guy and he assured me it all works including air conditioning. He said go ahead and try it knowing it was sitting outside in the winter. All vehicles blow cold air in the winter. He guaranteed if it didnt work come warmer weather that they would repair it at no cost. Needless to say he did not honor this and I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Although the service department gave me a slight discount on this repair due to my complaints.
