Worst experience ever. Twice! The salesmen are the slimiest!! SO MUCH BS. Just trying to get them to give me a quote took hours of listening to them hard sell, they refused to even give me a price, when they finally did, it was way more than other quotes. OVERPRICED - They had the car I wanted but wouldn't give me what I knew was a fair price, libertyville ford BEAT THEM BY $800 for the same car and I didnt even have to bargain with them to get it. Their internet dept sent a quote on a car with VIN # on Friday Evening at 8pm. I went to see the car and the sales person came out with a different car. I was told they didn't have the car. Then I was told they had the car, but it was in their Oak Lawn dealership. After leaving, I went home and googled the VIN. The car was at another unaffiliated dealership in the area. Typical Bait and Switch. They were so dishonest I would never even think of buying car here.

My mom and I went to Golf Mill Ford to look at used cars. The gentleman that helped us started off as being very friendly. We were very up front with the salesman, Mark, and let him know our price range and that we were not going to go over our price range. After we had tested a few cars, we went inside the dealership to discuss numbers. During this process, they were constantly trying to sell us cars over my mom's price range and even tried to sell us a brand new car over our price range. I was a repeat customer. This was the second vehicle I purchased from the current owners. They gave me a bad price on my trade in and just got the rebate for the new vehicle. No special deals for me. Also, all their vehicles on the lot have the VIN etched on all the windows. $299,00 right there for nothing. I should have just walked out the door and went elsewhere. That's how they treat a returning customer? It's a shame they have to be so greety!!! What's wrong with a FAIR profit?

i paid much more then we have deal at paperwork is totaly diferent price after capl days i saw that i got riped of they even push me to buy extended waranty when i call second day and ask to remove extended waranty they dont even want to talk to me or return my cal after two months they steel didnt remove the charge for extended waranty when you go there vto buy the car they are so nice to you second day they dont even pay atencion on you

I went in there to purchase a car with my son and because he was a first time buyer and had no credit. It was hard to get financed. But they did it. But then after the deal was done and the payment was going to be aprox 300$ they called him 5 weeks later and said he had to resign for the loan. and them the payment went up 90 bucks.. There service has problems also. The owner Mario has a very bad attitude. Very high pressure used car sales operation. Dealer extremely reluctant to negotiate used car price, preferring instead to offset their high prices with long sales spiels and complimentary oil changes. They will try to steer you to finance deals that are more advantageous to them and the finance company than you. In short, they will try to "bend you over" as soon as you walk in the door. They damaged my wheel and refuse to take responsibility for it. They play a smoke and mirrors game. I even contacted Ford's corporate office and complained and and they deceived them as well. I will never take my car back to this place. I feel that when you purchase a car from them and are a loyal service customer, they should take care of you. They obviously don't agree, nor care about their customers.

After having to argue about purchasing a $299 exotic theft insurance policy that I did not need, I purchased used ford focus on 1/28. On 2/4 I decided that it would be nice if my wife had a key to the car. Home Depot won't make it because it is a chipped key. Online services won't make a key because I don't already have 2 keys. When I talked with Rick Borland, my salesman, I was told that the dealership does not provide second keys on used car sales. Surprise expense #2, it costs $170 to have a second chipped key made.
