Worst dealer in the world So this has been on going for years with this place. Bought a new 2015 ford focus had nothing but problems with it, it was in the service department more times than I can count and still not fixed, now it has a bad engine after many attempts to work with this scam of dealer their promises were only lies. Very unsatisfied I have bought a brand new Ford Focus a few years ago. I had nothing but troubles with it , in the service department weeks at a time with a rude mechanic asking me why are you so angry while he put his hands on me. Lemon and Refusal to service vehicle replacement Purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer from Golf Mill Ford which turned out to be a lemon. After 8 months, Ford replaced the vehicle with a 2017 Explorer in September of 2017. I came to get my tires filled in March of 2018 and was not told of a charge ahead of time. Horrible Don't even go there if u want you car serviced fasriced fast and more professional just go to jiffy lube or other trust me

Bait and switch Went to see a car we verified was available only to be told it either didn't pass inspection or was sold the night before.

Worst experience ever!!!! The whole process from beginning to end was awful. We were consistently lied too and the salesman Saleem was a underhanded snake and a huge liar. Never again!!! I have bought several new cars from Ford dealers and we were never treated like we were here. STAY AWAY!!!
Expectations not met I will say that I did purchase the car despite my negative experience with the dealership. If not for the Mercedes I was looking at being in such perfect condition I would have walked. The salesman was Mark Newman and it was an overall rushed experience where he would come to me and my dad ask for some information and then disappear for 10 minutes. Buying a new ford I give this dealership a rating based off of the experience I had. I would strongly recommend any other dealership. Be sure to steer clear of frank psyhogios.
WORST SERVICE EVER If there were a way to rate negative stars, I would. I tried out this service department due to them being able to fit me in prior to the 2 dealerships closer to home. Worst decision I've made in the 3-1/2 years of owning my Ford Escape. The first time I went in, the axle and sway bar were replaced (under extended warranty).
