Misleading described used car as new car, sold as higher price. Added all insurance and warranty without explanation. We can’t return the environmental protection package which we didn’t wanted because it’s in process

Shady sales ethics Scheduled appointment to look at a used car and upon arrival they claimed the car just so happened not to be on the lot. Total bait and switch just to get me to their dealership! Buyers Beware
Certified vehicle has malfunctioning speedometer, seatbelt, horn, and a fog light out. All on the list to be inspected. Has to go back to dealership.
unsatisfied I purchased a car from there everything was OK, until they ran credit check 9 times , after they said it will not affect my credit score, but it did , my credit score dropped 60 points
Garbage experience Horrible service, this guy shouldn't be a manager here. Refused service because i confronted them about breaking my key. Bunch of idiots running the place.
Bait and switch and lies I was not even "allowed" to see the car I had made an appointment to see. I had been on line with one of their reps (M Rojas) who had said the car was available to me and quoted a price. I got to the dealership and was told that the price quoted was not a firm price and was a working price that I would not qualify for. I was then steered to a car with a higher price tag. "Ad misprint" says it all. Is there an industry with so many mistakes in the ads as car dealerships? What seemed like a good deal online and on cars.com turned out to be north of the regular price because of, what else, "misprint in the ad". Not only it took them 4 days to take the ad off the web, but dealership confirmed the price during phone conversation before I stupidly drove 45 minutes to get the truck. No follow up with an issue Bought a 2016 Fusion for my 81 year old mother in law. She was not with us, which was a mistake. She's a small lady, 5'3" and turns out can't comfortably and safely reach the gas pedal. When she puts her heel on the floor, only her toes can reach the pedal.
