Do not go to this dealership. They suck! Worse customer service ever and Steve hung up on me when I called in regards to a vehicle I purchased from this dealership. Bunch of con artists with a smile. I wouldn't refer anyone to this dealership.

Intimidation, lies, and legal issues galore Golf Mill Ford has not only lost my patronage, but the patronage of my friends, family, and any future car buyer I come into contact with. As a first time buyer I have been made aware of multiple scams and tricks dealerships will use to take advantage of an inexperienced buyer, but even with this foresight I could not have expected that Golf Mill Ford would willingly lie directly to my face and conduct business in a (if not already illegal) shady way. Bait and Switch. It started with Christian and ended with Dominick, they lied to me and my wife, they ran our credit 3 times without permission, they promised not to run her credit after they ran it the first time, but that was all a lie. No one in that dealership can be trusted, they are scam artist. I would never recommend them to anyone.

BAIT AND SWITCH I should have read yelp reviews before going here. My issues sound exactly the same as all the other negative reviews. I think most of the employees from the very top all the way down may be related if I had to guess so you won't get anywhere with management. You will get a lot of smiles and politeness while you are getting it in the back. After you sign you are not getting any of those promises PERIOD. I would not reccommend them to my worst enemy! I bought a used Ford Focus 2013 SE with automatic transmission in Oct 2014. The car was almost new (only 11.000 miles) and it appeared very well maintained. The seller kept saying it was a great deal and the car had never had a problem. It was the worst mistake of my life! I suspect it was a lemon car! Suffice to say that after less then 2 years (and less than 12.000 miles on the road) the car has had 5 (FIVE!!!!!) transmission failures! Unsatisfied customer I bought a used car a little over a year ago with an extended warranty from bumper to bumper. I recently had to bring it in for service and had a bad abs wheel sensor, and was told that it wasn't covered due to rust. I was very unhappy, so I took it to a small certified shop and they were able to get the warranty department to fix it at no charge. In my opinion I think they are taking advantage of people by selling you coverage and not even trying to get them to pay for it, like in my case. The sad part ... read more

Demeaning staff - Terrible business practices. I was recently sent a promotion in the mail by Golf Mill Ford. I called ahead to verify the promotion and was told it was valid and I needed to come in to discuss it. When I came in I was told the promotion was not what it seemed - a classic bait and switch (which I'd note the staff member I called explicitly said "This IS NOT a bait and switch!"). Issues from the start Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my car. Recently, I had been hearing a buzzing/ humming sound from one of my tires. The mechanic at Golf Mill told me to "turn the music up" if it was getting too loud and that the noise was due to a lack of tire rotations. (Not true. I do tire rotations at home).
