clean prime location The beds didn’t have blankets, only a sheet, which in the winter isn’t the greatest. The refrigerator is also extremely loud and kept us up all night. the walls are very thin to the point I could hear the neighbors alarms in the morning on their phones waking them up. the property was prime location and was clean with a large bathroom. staff was also friendly and brought us towels quickly when we ran out.
Been choosing to stay here for 9 years, this last year (2021) quality has gone down. The fact that the rates for rooms are so high, were also now expected to be charged a $50 holding fee and we're charged for parking each night. Free parking should be an accommodation with the rates being so high. Then if you want to head up to the Roof Top bar, you have to have a reservation. “Ok” stay Our room was right across from elevator. So much noise from early risers with screaming kids, and late night loud people plus the noise from the elevator itself made it hard to sleep. Close to Disneyland
All about Location • hidden cost of parking • Refrigerator frozen our drinks no temp setting • AC unit out of date • TV remote not user friendly Location is the best thing about the hotel. Walking distance to the front gate of Disneyland park.
2hotel/Great location Worms on the ground and wall to get to the door. Two came inside room. Light switch and door handles was clearly dirty (most commonly touched items). Toilet ran for almost 5 minutes before stopping, and could be heard from the bed (no flushing in the middle of the night). Window offered view of wall where trashed collected. Horrible customer service Beds were small; we paid for a room with two queen beds and the beds were definitely smaller than a queen. The water pressure is terrible. The worst part was the HORRIBLE customer service. we had not even checked out of our hotel yet (checkout is at noon) and the staff had already entered our room and was in the process of cleaning it when we arrived back at 11:10am.
