Wasn’t very happy We had rollout beds and roll cribs outside our door so all night long I heard the loud wheels rolling down the walkway for 320$ a night I don’t think I should have to hear that all night and find it weird the beds and cribs are just outside our room that was really weird and ugly. My 3 yrs old almost got really hurt by the beds and cribs I liked that is was so close to Disneyland .
Bad We paid a ridiculous rate of almost $350.00 a night for this dingy, dull, hole in the wall dump.. First of all, our room was located directly in front of the elevator next to a huge pilar by the stair case.. The worst possible view that anyone can imagine. Second of all, we didn't have any housekeeping service for our entire stay. Our daily wake up call at 6am was to the ridiculous sound of housekeepers rolling their huge bins around up and down the hallways speaking loudly to each other. Do not Stay here!!! When we 1st got to the room it was disgusting the only thing was done were the beds, there was trash on the floor, crumbs all over the floor. When we called the front desk to have our room cleaned again, the custodian said she didn’t see anything wrong, I had to point out the floor with trash and crumbs. Also The sheets were stained. We will never stay here again. Especially during a pandemic that room should have been more clean. It was disgusting. The location was the only good thing about this place.
Bad There were feces in the tub and a spider in the bed
Not so great Broken elevator on our side. We had to walk up and down the 6 flights of stairs whole trip and it was nit easy with 4 kids and a stroller. They did not do any room service even after calling for an ant problem in the bathroom, they did nothing about it. I feel because the location is great they are able to get away with a lot, not worth the price. The location is great if you are visiting Disneyland
Disappointing Dirty . Nothing else to offer. Catfish hotel. Good location . There was nothing else .
Will not return. Cleanliness of room. It was great except for us having to clean up, find a vacuum to clean the floor, constantly call for clean towels, bee nest at the pool, and a giant roach in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.

Would not stay here again Couldn't get toilet paper or coffee. Maintenance did Not wear a mask when he showed up at our room. No counter space in bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Very small room. Elevator was out of service, had to hall luggage using the stairs. We could see the Disney Fireworks from our room.
