Not happy with the hotel. on the rooftop restaurant you had to make a RVSP, even if we stayed at the hotel. I was very unhappy with our room. I thought i was getting a nice size room for myself and my 3 kids. It was small. The refrigerator was not working well, it didnt keep my water nor my soda cold. It felt like room temp. I put in 3 water bottles in the freezer over night to take to disneyland and they never got frozen. Also there was NO COFFEE pot and i had to walk to Dennys just to get coffee. Fair Dirty sheets and towels, bees covering the walkway, elevators getting stuck and not available Close to Disneyland
Fair It was very loud at the worst times of the night. Around 10pm a pumping truck came and then around 4am a dumpster truck came. Location was great, took maybe 10 minutes to walk to Disneyland.
Rowdy Guests It was incredibly loud. There was an altercation with a guest in the room next to mine. Screaming was involved with the on site security. I could hear everything that was being said through the wall. I understand that this is out of the hotels hands, but I will not being returning after the way it was handled. The location was great. The roof top bar was great.

Very Poor Staff would not give us military discount and the room was sinking in. Also, we were told no one would go into our room because they were doing housekeeping services, yet someone did go into out room even though we had the do not disturb. This place is sketchy Nothing special about this place beside it being close to Disney

Could’ve been better for the price. The rooms was really dirty. There was a huge roach in our bathroom. The sheets were really dirty and one had a stain. The location was good.

Our hotel, along with several others in the Disneyland Resort area, has a company that provides routine preventative pest control; however, every now and then one manages to somehow evade the system.
