Poor Room was dark and dingy Location to the park.
Disappointing See above Close to the park, very nice outside appearance, but the rooms need help! The bathroom fixture was falling off the wall and the carpet was pulling up in the corner. The rooms are very noisy as people yell up and down right outside your room.

Very Poor It was close to Disneyland that’s it!!!!!!! The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. Our first room was dirty, trash in closet, used tissues near the bathroom. We was moved rooms shortly after arriving but I already saw the hotels standers on cleaning and was uncomfortable the whole trip. With COVID and the hotels pledge of safety and cleanliness my family and I were disappointed. I had to clean the second room myself and the towels were so dirty from dust in the room!

It was ok The rooms are outdated and small. I also got bed bug bites all over. I'm unsure if i'll stay here again. And they aren't doing any hotel service were they come clean your room everyday and give you new towel. The location is really great to Disneyland. Just a five min walk. If you are just using the rooms to sleep then its ok. The staff was nice.
The room smelled and the beds were uncomfortable.
Loud air conditioner The air conditioner was so loud. It was awful, couldn't sleep with the noise. Not worth the room rate at all. I only liked the location of this hotel. Not worth the room rate.
