Had the truck I wanted. Got the terms I wanted and took a short time to work out the details. This is my second F150 from this dealership.
Came by late and dark outside, Carlos casually greeted us, showed my husband several trucks and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Wasn't pushy and didn't force the sell just overall had a good demeanor, he was calm and not asked about credit or probing questions. He helped us finalize the sell on Christmas Eve, even after closing and drove and meet us in Terrell and signed docs and was friendly and even though it was late after 3:00pm when they closed, he wasn't in a rush.
