i am extremely resistant to give any sevice or product a 5 star rating. However, I didn't even have a 2nd thought about putting my five out for them. From the moment I chose to give Grapevine Ford Service a call to schedule my appointment. From thereon through completion. I have found what I was looking for in a service center.
One of my 18 year old daughter's first times to manage vehicle service on her own. She said her service representative was so nice and walked her through the process with transparency. In fact, he worked her in without an appointment and got her out in time for her next commitment. Grateful for this level of service...and why I've serviced countless number of Grapevine Ford vehicles at the dealership.
