Bought a truck from them on Saturday discovered a big cut in my leather seat 70k Investment. Talked to the sales lady today to try to resolve it have no intentions to fix it. Should’ve read there reviews before I purchased from them.

Nope, nope, nope. Marking up your vehicles 5K and then condescendingly telling your customers to their face that they basically should be expecting it and “if you had done research, you’d see how much they are selling USED and charging 5K over MSRP is actually saving you money…” is shameful. Stay away from this dealership, y’all and go to Sam Pack in Carrollton where they are honest with their prices and won’t charge you more for “popular” vehicles. Or even one of the many other North Texas Fords that are NOT adding “adden... read more

Be aware of this dealership. I tried to purchase a new vehicle yesterday and was fully prepared to pay the MSRP in full. However, the general manager tried to charge $7500.00 over the MSRP when they have not added anything extra to the car. I have spoken with a Ford rep and he let me know that Ford Motor Company does not condone this and is working to crack down on dealers who are quite simply, price gauging. A formal complaint has been filed with Ford Customer Service.

Buyer beware. Just quoted $12,000 over MSRP on a $23,000 vehicle. We were told it was a market adjustment. Hmmmm. I guess supply and demand can work that way…for another buyer. We won’t do business with Grapevine Ford.

Well.. If you're considering buying a new vehicle don't go to Ford Lincoln of Grapevine. Today I came to an agreement on a pickup, started the buying process before we left town and informed them it was a two hour drive. They said that its no problem, and I offered to give them a down payment to hold the truck and they told me is wasn't necessary. So my wife and I loaded up the boys on a school night and headed towards Grapevine. They had already ran my credit twice and all I had to do was show up, sign paperwork, get the tr... read more

I contacted Grapevine Ford to ask about ordering a truck. I was informed that it would be marked up above MSRP to reflect the market adjustment. Other Ford Dealers in the area are not doing that. Do yourself a favor of your are going to order a new car, drive the 15-20 minutes to 5 Star Ford in NRH. They are not adding $5-25K to a truck you order from the manufacturer just because they can.

Read the reviews! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I strongly advise you look elsewhere. The sales team uses shady and deceitful tactics to mislead customers. And after you make a purchase, be prepared for them to be unresponsive from a customer service standpoint! The sales director admitted to me that I was misled into a purchase that was not right for me, and did NOTHING to help make things right.

Horrible Service Department! Be prepared for your vehicle to be miss diagnosed. And then they refuse to do the repair that they recommend. Truck purchased new from them. Serviced there for over 100k miles. Needed timing components and they determined it needed a motor and two turbo’s by looking at the oil cap. (No diagnosis actually) Come to find out that they created the problem from previous repairs. NEVER AGAIN, WILL MY FAMILY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! NEVER
