My older sister, who is deaf, and has been since 2 weeks old (23 years old now) came up here today to just look at a 2019 Cadillac CTS-V, having no intentions to purchase, just to look because it is her dream car. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this shady dealership. I spoke to Blane this morning, I got preapproved and agreed on a vehicle with Blane. He knew I was in Tulsa and rushed to confirm a time to get me to Grapevine soon, he pressured me to be there ASAP and assured me if I got there at 3PM today from Tulsa I would be able to purchase the vehicle we spoke about. Never again will I ever buy a Ford from grapevine Ford. I bought a new 2020 Ford Explorer drove it off the lot not even 24hrs and the oil light goes off. Now, we are having transmission issues making the car totally undrivable and they are refusing to look at the car or give us a loaner until it can be fixed. Just a few words of advice…RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I should have just went to Five Star Ford. I bought a car from them 8 months ago. BRAND NEW CAR! It has been in the shop for the same issue every month since I bought it. I have tried to talk to ford, My husband has sent emails to the top people at the dealership with no reply. My husband and I are growing our family and ready to upgrade to a larger vehicle. While waiting to be helped, I overheard an employee and customers conversation about being overcharged. It was so off putting we ended up googling reviews and decided to leave. Ford used to be such a credible company and it’s disappointing to see how they are currently running business.
Grapevine Ford needs to improve their management. I went in yesterday with a friend whose mother just purchased a vehicle from Grapevine Ford. It was a used vehicle that came with one key and they charged her $600 for a new key. They took advantage of her not knowing better and overcharging her for that key. When we went to the dealership to discuss this with management, Blaine Castorena simply said “we are in the business to make money” and said he would not take the key back. Had to pay $300 for an extra key (turns out that is their scam looking through other reviews). The kicker was when I received the second key by mail it was actually the original that came with the car when it was new... the key had already been cut and had pocket lint in the grooves from the previous owner. Sales Manager said they would send me a check the following week... that was months ago. This place is a joke
Absolutely the worst experience going to a dealership we’ve had and I’ve been buying family Ford’s for the past 15 yrs. The customer service is beyond horrible.
Posted a car for a sticker price, drove from out of town to buy the car after talking with several salemen who failed to mention an additional $4,000 would be added to the price for upgrades they did to this car after listing it for the lesser price. Do not waste your time or efforts with this dealership. Unprofessional, not truthful about price, poor customer service.
