These guys are nothing short of scam artist. We bought our certified vehicle on a rainy day. When we got home we noticed that the windshield was broken right outside of the wiper zone. We were told there was no issues with the car when we bought it, so we were disappointed to find a broken windshield on our $70k investment. That's what we get for trusting these guys. If you want terrible customer service, this is the place for you. I recently purchased 2 Ford's from another dealer. I was told to take my payoff info to Grapevine for a refund of the gap insurance of the Ford I traded in. I dropped the paperwork off at the front desk and was told they would take care of it. I called today (2 weeks later) to check the status. The receptionist told me they don't handle that. I needed to call warranty company. They should call it the "not" quick express. I scheduled and appointment, showed up 10 minutes early. Pull in the quick lane, ask for the service advisor that was n the email confirmation, wait 5 minutes, he comes out, says "oh, they switched you to another advisor, I will go get him. Wait 5 minutes, new advisor comes over, tell him all I need is an oils change, can we get it done in 30 minutes? His reply, oh no, at least 90 minutes for an oil change. I left, drove 5 minutes to kiwi car, was in and done in 10 minutes!

I will never buy another vehicle from Grapevine Ford again. The buying experience wasn't bad, but the follow up was painful. I had 3 things I wanted done to the truck before I agreed to purchase it. They didn't do it at the time of purchase. Nor did the salesman document it prior to the purchase. I had to tell him to give it to me in writing before I left. They didn't follow up. I used Kelley Blue Book for a trade in appraisal. Grapevine Ford got notified and called me. I told them I was not interested but I did look online at their trucks. Guess what, with the truck shortage due to the lack of computer chips this dealership has added a $10K premium above MSRP! They sent me an email, I told them I would not do business with them and now they keep sending me emails. They are not honest, they are greedy, and they are rude. Deal with them at your own risk.

Got a lifted truck and they promised to fix it or give money back even tho fixing it would take past 14 day return period they would honor it. They didn't and as the main signer they allowed the co-signer to go in and swap out vehicle without my consent. Very sketchy place and they definitely don't have your best interest.

Dear Consumers and Ford Motor Company, Grapevine Ford was despicable, horrible and treated me disgutingly. I live in Bedford TX and know there is high demand for the Platinum F150 with Powerboost Motor, as i had to call over a dozen Ford Dealerships to find a handful that were on the dealership's lot (collectively), in inventory. Had to pay $300 for an extra key (turns out that is their scam looking through other reviews). The kicker was when I received the second key by mail it was actually the original that came with the car when it was new... the key had already been cut and had pocket lint in the grooves from the previous owner. Sales Manager said they would send me a check the following week... that was months ago. This place is a joke
