Excellent service Ray and Andrew were awesome and made our buy experience easy and stress free especially since this was my daughters first car person. Straight forward smooth process From initial contact to the small accommodations of customer service through in an efficient process. 2019 Nissan Versa Great experience but would have expected a full tank of gas. Wife was driving car home and realized we needed gas Had to stop and fill car up.

Excellent Customer Service We purchased an F250 yesterday. I must say we had a very easy and smooth experience. I personally hate buying cars at a dealership but Grapevine Ford has changed my mind. I have to give an extra thanks to our finance manager Zach Ziba! He really went the extra mile to make sure our experience was 5 star!

Unbelievable experience!! We have never had a better car buying experience. It was easy and fast! Carver was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. There wasn’t haggling. We were upfront and transparent and they helped meet our needs. The finance experience was just as pleasant. We walked in with financing in place and they beat our rates. We were in and out of there in LESS THAN 2 hours. On a Friday evening! Overall, it was a great experience and we will be back to buy our future vehicles from Carver and Grapevine Ford.
