Great Experience I was in the market for a used car and cars.com led me to Grapevine Ford. We were able to set up an appointment (age of Covid) and the process was as contactless as possible. The whole process took 2 hours at most.

Customer Curtis Harvey was very helpful. I was there to turn in a lease car for a new lease car. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Edge and the Ford Escape. Before I left with the Ford Escape, he very patiently walked me through using the different features. I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Tony Mazan really went out of his way to make the sale go as smoothly as possible . The personnel in the finance department were tremendous as well! The whole transaction took less than an hour.

2020 Fusion Mostly easy process. No high pressure. They will always try to get you into an extended warranty and additional insurance, but a couple of denials and we moved on.

Great Service Upon arrival I was greeted. Although it took a while for someone to come I was pleased with them being honest and tell me that the car I wanted to test drive was being purchased and there was another vehicle they found for me. I was please with the alternative vehicle and purchased it.
