Overall great experience. Zero pressure. Had a great experience buying a truck from Carver Rademacher. Super laid back, no pressure, nothing weird, just a good experience, didn't take too long, all the staff seemed happy and approachable, and Carver was helpful and personable. Zach helped me in finance and was also helpful, personable, and kind. All good. I would easily recommend Grapevine Ford.

Shocked at such great service The dealership was extremely busy when we dropped in to look at a vehicle we saw online. Taking the day off work and driving 4 hours to this area was tiring, but Gary the sales manager made it his mission to find us a salesman. Was just looking and Matthew made me a good deal. The whole staff was great! Matthew Hoopes is a good man who served our country in the Marines and I being an Army man felt great respect for this gentleman. The truck was exactly what I was looking for. Good price and was treated with respect. Will do business again.
