It was fine The finance department, once we got to them, was very professional. We would have appreciated more information or more full disclosure on the warranty packages available. We were told that the Kahu security/anti-theft device that the dealership puts on the vehicle (for their own use during test drives to track vehicles and such) was a required charge, but upon closer inspection of our documents, we could have declined it. Routine Maintenance I love the communication when I take my vehicle in. They text me the progress of my car and even when it’s ready to come pick up the. They send a lyft to come get me. Great customer service

Service Department Aaron Mcbride in the Service Department is a big reason why I have been a Grapevine Ford customer for so many years. He is great and always puts the customer first. He follows up with every need, and communicates the good and bad news timely. I have purchased 4 vehicles at your location and will continue to use GVF.
