First vehicle maintenance Process took a little longer than expected but it is understandable given current conditions. Clay was very helpful and the car is running well. Will use Lincoln pick up and delivery for next scheduled maintenance.

Recall work Recall work preformed on 2012 F150. Very friendly fast and clean. Even washed the vehicle when completed. Couldn't have been more pleased with the people or services.

Lincoln For Life!!!! I bought my Lincoln from overseas and it was delivered to Lincoln in 2015. My car has only been serviced by Lincoln dealerships. I had my 35K mile service and initially I was to gave a break flush, air cabin filter change, oil change etc. I was given a loaner and within minutes of my car being in, miguel called and stated that at this time my brake fluid was still clean and that they wouldn't perform it. Amazing! First time I went into Grapevine Ford, I already been looking for a car but my experience at other dealerships wasn’t the best so my hopes weren’t too hight. But from walking in to leaving with my first Mustang the experience was the best I’ve had. Jeff did an amazing job. With my car I got 2 years of maintenance and I just went in the week for “the works” and Tyler was so helpful with everything. Definitely the best dealership around. 10/10 would recommend.

2020 GMC Sierra Mikey and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, made the purchasing experience less stressful. I'll certainly shop here the next time I need another vehicle.
