Great Experience Ms. Barry was very professional, attentive and knowledgeable throughout the experience. The dealership was very clean and organized making the process relaxing. Was told that my service time should last a couple of hours to complete and sure enough, it was one hour and fifty minutes. Overall, I was very impressed with The experience.

Professional service all around. Got "The Works" service for my 2016 Ford Fusion. Totally professional job by all concerned. Tyler Jaquess was especially helpful during the service process. I highly reccomend Grapevine Ford for servicing Ford vehicles.

15000 mile service Was pleasantly surprised and pleased that I was able to get my pickup truck serviced upon arrival. Service advisor, Ana, was extremely helpful and courteous considering Covid-19 situation.
