Great experience This was our first time to visit Grapevine Ford and we will definitely be buying from them again. Their atmosphere was professional but also laid back, and I enjoyed that much more than some of my previous buying experiences. Andrew was great to work with! Thorough and Accurate Easy pick up and delivery. My service advisor made sure he had a complete list of my needs. The work completed efficiently but not so quickly that I felt as though something could have been overlooked. The problem was fixed and my truck was ready as promised. Also, my truck looked as clean as it did the day I bought it. Great job guys!!!

Quick and Easy I had an airbag recall. I made an appointment online, dropped my car off the next day and got it back the day after. Bob even hand-washed my car.
