Replace Backup Camera on 2014 Escape Replaced shorted backup camera. It took one day, and was ready before it was estimated to be, and when I picked it up it was washed and parked up front on the driveway. Very professional job, great communications. Thank you.

Hours to put a deal together - all by email! Our local dealer couldn't seem to find what we wanted - these folks not only had it, but put together a VERY good deal within a few hours of my request - no games, no bull! To top it all off - they're driving 5 hours to DELIVER it to us today. I can't think of ANYTHING David Klett and the rest of the crew could have done to have made it any better!

Top Notch Service Dept. The computer in my Explorer would not communicate with the inspectors computer and I was worried. I called Grapevine and they told me to come right in. When I arrived, they were ready for me. Pete got me in and they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very fast! They even completed my recall.
