New truck experince aweaome! 2nd new purchase of an F250 in last 18 months. James Ashley has been awesome to work with on both occasions. Finance was also great!

Excellent service Great service provided. Aaron provided an overall excellent service experience. The communication occured daily and length of vehicle repair time was minimal. I look forward to my next experience at grapevine ford.

Replace Backup Camera on 2014 Escape Replaced shorted backup camera. It took one day, and was ready before it was estimated to be, and when I picked it up it was washed and parked up front on the driveway. Very professional job, great communications. Thank you.

Top Notch Service Dept. The computer in my Explorer would not communicate with the inspectors computer and I was worried. I called Grapevine and they told me to come right in. When I arrived, they were ready for me. Pete got me in and they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very fast! They even completed my recall. Our family has purchased 3 vehicles in 5 years and absolutely LOVE Grapevine Ford! This experience just solidified our business in the future! Hours to put a deal together - all by email! Our local dealer couldn't seem to find what we wanted - these folks not only had it, but put together a VERY good deal within a few hours of my request - no games, no bull! To top it all off - they're driving 5 hours to DELIVER it to us today. I can't think of ANYTHING David Klett and the rest of the crew could have done to have made it any better!

Lincoln Nautilus Excellent buying experience. Salesman and sales manager were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use this dealership again. The cars are really nice and luxurious.
