This is what service should be! Peter was extremely helpful! I needed a new fob and my keypad reprogrammed. I was pleased with how quickly it was done. Overall, It was a very convenient experience - which is how service should be!

Fantastic service Brought my car in for a recall and everything was surprisingly quick and easy. I called to set the appointment and they got me in first thing the next morning. I expected it to take a full day, but everything was done in under an hour and a half. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional as well. Very happy with my experience!

Grapevine Ford experience I had the pleasure of working with Alfredo in the Quick lane service department. He has been my service guy for a very long time Since around 2014. He’s always goes the extra mile to check on future parts and advised me of future services needed. Great experience Thanks to Bob Leininger in service dept my experience is always great. I have a Lincoln MKX and I followed him from the Lincoln side. He has always been there to help me and with a smile!!

F-150 Service Great service at this dealership. Service involved fuse 27 and the vehicle stalling and turning off while running. Took a couple of days but the staff nailed it.

Great service Great service specials and quick response by people in the service lane. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area with a cafe. Also have purchased cars here.
