Impeccable Service I’ve been driving 30-45 minutes to Grapevine Lincoln to get the quality of service I receive. I have not been disappointed yet! Mr. Peter Menchacha is my service guy and when I call he makes things happen. He stayed in contact with my Warranty company so that I wouldn’t come out of more than expected. He made sure I knew about every move being made. I received a loaner car while my car was being serviced and that was a blessing. My car was in the shop during the onset of the Covid-19. Warranty and recall work There seemed to be no awareness of Covid 19 issues. No distancing, no sanitizer, etc. Also, when I picked up my car I was handed my keys. I had to request cars moved so I could get mine out.
New F150 James Ashley was very helpful in our experience. Mr. O'Brian was very helpful! Everything was good, considering the virus issue! Thank for taking a risk during the covirus issue!

Phenomenal Purchasing Experience Just purchased a brand new F-150 XLT Sport with 302A package. Michael Watkins my salesmen/sales manager was phenomenal from start to finish. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right truck for me. I would highly recommend him to people I know.
