Amazing Service Allen was amazing! He didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and was extremely helpful in getting me into the car I wanted without going too far off from my requested max monthly payment! My experience at Grapevine Ford was exemplary and I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone looking for a Ford.

Excellent people! We went in to look at a specific used car, no hassles or pressure to buy it or something else, I was so pleased with the whole experience that I took my Mustang to them for a service and was treated well, the car was taken care of and Chris the service advisor was knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions, made reasonable recommendations for future work and it just was an overall stress free experience.

Bob is great! Bought my 2019 Ranger in Rockwall, but service it at Grapevine Ford. Great staff and facilities. They keep you updated on the service and it was fast. Bob L. is great to work with!

Service review Well satisfied with routine service on our 2016 Explorer, but disappointed that the replacement of our driver front pad wasn’t covered by our “platinum” warranty. Also annoyed to find charges for the oil and filter change (we purchased the car at Grapevine) and an unexplained $42 Environmental Disposal fee. These were removed when I pointed them out, but they should never have appeared in the first place.
