Brought vehicle in for a recall. Scheduling the service was very easy. Jody in service department was great. Explained everything well. Service was fast and efficient. I would recommend Grapevine Ford for service.

Of all the dealerships, THIS IS THE ONE! I have been to almost all the dealerships around N. Dallas and one was so bad, I left them the opposite review so, I wanted to give credit where it was due. Grapevine Ford was, hands down, the best. I dealt with my salesmen and my finance guy at the same time, going over APRs, terms, etc. it was so refreshing to have all the numbers explained and ready before signing paperwork. Tom H Went in for oil change. Service technician was very good and helpful. Waiting area was comfortable with big screen TV , WiFi and a sandwich/drink kitchen. Total service time was less than 90 minutes and included the oil change and complementary 21 point inspection and car wash.

Service For 2014 Ford Raptor SVT Tyler was my service rep and he did a tremendous job of getting my vehicle serviced in a timely manner and keeping me informed of the process. My only criticism was the service tech left my window open letting al kinds of dust to blow into my truck until I was able to drive it off.
