Amazing Customer Service! Absolutely love the amazing valet service! I live 35 miles from the dealership. They pick up my car, service it and return it in 3 hours. Im an executive recruiter and time away from my office costs me money. Love the service at Grapevine Lincoln!

Amazing Service Allen was amazing! He didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and was extremely helpful in getting me into the car I wanted without going too far off from my requested max monthly payment! Excellent people! We went in to look at a specific used car, no hassles or pressure to buy it or something else, I was so pleased with the whole experience that I took my Mustang to them for a service and was treated well, the car was taken care of and Chris the service advisor was knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions, made reasonable recommendations for future work and it just was an overall stress free experience.
