Exceeded Expectations Came in for an inspection, with my two 5 year olds in tow, with some apprehension that we would be stuck there for hours. Pete checked us in promptly and was super friendly and even made the kids laugh. We proceeded to the waiting room that actually had a cafe and small space for the kids to watch a kid friendly show or read a book. Excellent sales service Allen did an excellent job of listening to what I wanted and did not try to upsell me into a larger vehicle, that I did not want...simply explained my options for the truck I was looking to purchase.

Oil Change We used Lincoln’s valet service for our oil change. They picked up the car from our house and dropped it off afterwards. It was raining hard that day and it was so nice to work from my home without disruption. It was an overall fantastic experience.

Trade in/ buying experience There a was a small hiccup between what I was told by our original sales manager over the phone and then the sales consultant we worked with when we got there. However, our sales consultant was very patient and worked very hard to get us a good deal. The finance guy was equally patient and explained all my questions. The 4 star overall is only due to the issue I had with the manager I talked to at first. Everything else was great!

Service Wasnt greeted upon arrival. Had to find service writer. Went well after that. This has happened before. They need better staffing coverage. Customer for 15 years.
