Service was excellent I scheduled a same day service appointment and arrived and hour early due to the weather. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ana Barry and I must say she was an amazing service representative.!! I'm extremely grateful and happy with the service I received in a timely manner Thank you Ana for the experience.

Great Service I took my 2018 F-250 in for an issue with the Radio/Navigation. My service advisor was very informed and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend buying from and getting service at Grapevine Ford. Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with!

30,000 mile checkup Since buying my F250 here 2 1/2 years ago, I have excellent service here. I brought it here from the 30,000 mile checkup and they told me about a recall that they would cover at the same time. Finished on time and had it ready when I came to pick it up. Pete made sure to cover everything when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Excellent experience.
