Excellent Service Excellent service we I purchased a new truck. James Ashley was very knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. Will use Grapevine Ford and James again!!

Service appointment Everything went smoothly. Truck finished near promised time. No complaints. Andrew good to deal with. Waiting area clean. Free sandwich was nice and tasty. Will be back.

Nice job Brought our MKZ in for servicing: oil change and tire rotation. Peter Menchaca was our service rep and did a great job keeping us informed while we waited. He took great care of us and our car

Daniel Great work this time! Last time was not a positive experience, as my Lincoln bled out in the service line I was told there was no way they could get me in. Eventually my vehicle was received however with complaints about the leaking fluid they had to clean up. This visit was much better and I applaud the changes that have occurred in this department.

Another Great Transaction I arrived and there was a line of cars with service appointments. I was worried about how long this process was going to take. I exited my car was promptly met by a porter that immediately took me to my service advisor. My original advisor was sick that day and I was sent to Jody McPhil. She listened to my complaint. I told her what I thought and she told me of a common issue but not to worry, she would have it thoroughly checked out. She told me how long the repairs would take and kept in touch the... read more

Pete Rochelle. Most awesome service advisor! I didn't buy my Raptor here. I wish I could have.They wanted too much over sticker,so I bought it for under sticker elsewhere.Best service department though. Pete Rochelle is Park Place level advisor. My last 3 vehicles were all Mercedes. I will only take my Raptor to Pete.

30,000 mile checkup Since buying my F250 here 2 1/2 years ago, I have excellent service here. I brought it here from the 30,000 mile checkup and they told me about a recall that they would cover at the same time. Finished on time and had it ready when I came to pick it up. Pete made sure to cover everything when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Excellent experience.
