Transmission repair/reprogram under warranty. Took a while for Ford techs in Michigan to come up with the corrected programming transmission fix when vehicle shifted from reverse to forward gear, but all seems fine now.

Service on 2014 F150 I brought my 2014 F150 in for service on January 17 2020 to have service done on it. My service representative Jason Scaff was very polite and professional, he made sure that I was informed on how long it took to repair my truck and if there was a delay he made sure I knew what was the issue. I am a long time customer of Grapevine Ford and have had two of my vehicles serviced through them. Service was excellent I scheduled a same day service appointment and arrived and hour early due to the weather. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ana Barry and I must say she was an amazing service representative.!! I'm extremely grateful and happy with the service I received in a timely manner Thank you Ana for the experience.

Quality as expected from Lincoln Bought my wife's MKX new at Grapevine Lincoln two years ago - very positive experience, and a great vehicle. Since then only outstanding service. The concierge service is great and has worked perfectly.
