Rear differential leak The repair was completed and the work was satisfactory. I was somewhat disappointed that they didn’t rotate the tires like they said they would but I talked to the service manager in charge of my repair and he has made it right. Highly recommend them.

Service on 2014 F150 I brought my 2014 F150 in for service on January 17 2020 to have service done on it. My service representative Jason Scaff was very polite and professional, he made sure that I was informed on how long it took to repair my truck and if there was a delay he made sure I knew what was the issue. Transmission repair/reprogram under warranty. Took a while for Ford techs in Michigan to come up with the corrected programming transmission fix when vehicle shifted from reverse to forward gear, but all seems fine now.
