Great buying experience Very friendly staff and no high pressure sales. We were greeted at the front door and all of our options were clearly explained. Purchased a Ford Ranger and they had it cleaned and detailed in less than an hour. Also a full tank of gas!

Great Experiance Great buying experience at Grapevine Ford. Sales rep Tonyo went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. He had all the answers about the car and gave a detailed walk through. He also brought additional cars up for me to see. Great staff and great buying experience.

Rear differential leak The repair was completed and the work was satisfactory. I was somewhat disappointed that they didn’t rotate the tires like they said they would but I talked to the service manager in charge of my repair and he has made it right. Highly recommend them.

Transmission repair/reprogram under warranty. Took a while for Ford techs in Michigan to come up with the corrected programming transmission fix when vehicle shifted from reverse to forward gear, but all seems fine now.
