Always treated like a VIP. I continue going to Grapevine Ford for all my service needs. The Fastlane team are A and Pete took care of everything today in a timely efficient manner. Great customer service Overall great experience. Looked for the SUV I wanted online. Jason Mcbee responded to the inquiry and got the best deal I could get in Texas! I flew from El Paso to Dallas to pick up the truck that we spoke about for months. Thank you for your FORD expertise! Oil change and tire rotation Great service and good price. Facilities to wait in are excellent and comfortable. My car was washed and vacuumed after getting oil change and tire rotation. Very nice place.

Great service and professionalism... I went in for my 15k mile service and had Pete Roshell as my service consultant. He was very expedient and professional with his service and completely honest when addressing my concerns and questions. Its people like Pete that keep me going the extra 30 miles from my house instead of the service center that’s only 10 miles away.

Always great service! I always get great service when i go to Grapevine Ford, I have a Hyundai Elantra but they still manage to service my car as if it was a Ford. The customer service people there are always great.
