Call Bryan... Excellent customer service. Bryan had the service manager ride with me because I was concerned the tech would not hear my issue. How often does that happen? Bryan gave me a play by play through the repair process. This is a great dealership, I recommend it highly.

Oil change Pete was very friendly. Dealership was clean and staff very helpful. I just don’t like that they charge for a tire rotation. Otherwise all good.

Highly recommend Cody Austin! I ALWAYS buy used cars because I like getting a deal. Cody Austin in used cars found me an amazing deal. After several interactions over different options we got it right. I was in and out with a car in about an hour. The entire sales team was friendly. I could tell they love what they do. Grapevine Ford is the only place I would send people and Cody Austin is for sure who I will continue to use.

Top Notch Service at Grapevine Ford I knew, based on advance research, that this Ford Taurus repair was going to be difficult and expensive, requiring even a special tool to fix. I was devastated learning the cost, but this service team was incredible. They were honest, straightforward and went to bat for me with Ford Corp to assist with the cost. Great customer service! This was my first service since buying a pre-owned Lincoln. I had to leave town unexpectedly and needed a last minute oil change. This is the first dealership I've ever been to that said they would take a walk in service. Everyone was very nice and professional. When though they are farther away than other Lincoln dealerships, vi will continue to go here.
