Excellent Service Jody was fantastic at diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, and the best part was that it was covered entirely under warranty. They put my car in right on my appointment time, my repair service was quickly and efficiently completed, and the customer service was fantastic.

solid dealer I had planned on going to three dealerships to look at the vehicle I wanted. I only made one stop as Grapevine Ford made my situation work negating the need to go elsewhere to look. Andrew, my salesperson came out to the lot to answer my questions and had a no pressure demeanor, which made me more comfortable. Always great service! We’ve been getting our truck tuned up and repaired here for over a year now. Super friendly service, they take good care of us every time. We drive from Plano to come specifically to this dealership because of the awesome service. Their prices are reasonable and it’s fantastic personalized service. Highly recommend.
