Excellent service We use and abuse our 2017 Ford F-250. This is a work truck. So, when the maintenance book says to do something we do it (preventative maintenance). We made an appointment to get it in, but needed to get it in two days early for a repair. They finished all the work in one day. Great working with these folks.

2011 Ford Edge- Water Pump Replacement The replacement of my water pump in my 2011 Ford Edge was a very costly and time consuming repair. Grapevine Ford was a bit higher than the other quotes I got from non-dealership mechanics but I trust their workmanship and warranty. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed some grease in the inside of my vehicle as well as it appeared to be a lot more dirty than I left it.
