Oil Change Oil change went well. Provided updates as it was being done. I plan to return for my next oil change or any other service that I need.

Very Good Customer Service Joan was very good at communicating and returning calls. She was able to get the repairs done in a time frame she told us. The price was not exceeded and she handled our warranty work very well
Excellent service We use and abuse our 2017 Ford F-250. This is a work truck. So, when the maintenance book says to do something we do it (preventative maintenance). We made an appointment to get it in, but needed to get it in two days early for a repair. They finished all the work in one day. Great working with these folks.
Great Experience I was instantly greeted with friendly faces. My salesman Allen Elmore went above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent. Even though I was indecisive at the time, he was patient with me throughout the process and kept a smile on his face. Great customer service!!
2011 Ford Edge- Water Pump Replacement The replacement of my water pump in my 2011 Ford Edge was a very costly and time consuming repair. Grapevine Ford was a bit higher than the other quotes I got from non-dealership mechanics but I trust their workmanship and warranty.
