Awesome service Chris Curtis was my sales guy. He was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. He didn’t try any dirty sales tactics like the dealership we went to right before Grapevine Ford. He had the car ready when we got there and let’s us drive it before anything else. We loved the car so we came to an agreement on the price and were out of there in just a couple hours. Great first car buying experience.

Worst experience ever We bought one of the first Ford bronco sports. Delivered in December. I was told 3 times for a week it would be cleaned and ready for pickup. When I got there for my appt that was scheduled a week earlier they couldn’t find the car. 20 minutes later they found it and it was filthy! Getting rubber floor mats was difficult. No follow up. Same with new plates. You would leave a msg for service and you wouldn’t receive a call back. Not once, but several times by multiple people.
