Great team and customer service! The team didn’t play games on our trade and were very upfront and honest. After being to a lot of other local dealers I ended up leaving because of the games. As a buyer we know what we want and what we’re willing to pay. You either can negotiate a acceptable deal or step away from it if it’s not right. Went in for maintenance and left with a new car Brought my Ford Focus in for an oil change and was browsing the lot. Met Marcus from Sales who quickly put me behind the wheel of a brand new Mustang. Honest and Helpful Tuna, Jon, Marcus, and finance where awesome. No BS. I showed them what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay. They immediately got started on numbers and a test drive. Meh, the experience was ok. Not great. Not awful The showroom is crowded confusing and feels cold. It’s not inviting. The people are nice but it feels like no one is in charge. It was hard to get a straight answer on things. Follow through on verbal commitments was poor. I had to hold them accountable. The finance guy was great. But the sales effort was lack luster. I left the dealership with follow up items that should have been taken care of before the transaction was completed. I didn’t like it.
