I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional no communication skills and took 11 months to enclose a porch. I didn't want to leave a star rating but it is required the one I am giving is not deserved Kathy

We've spent over $50k with Great Day Improvements and were required to pay the last payment even though we still don't have a gutter on it. We keep getting told it'll eventually come but I didn't like the fact they made us pay without finishing the work. I'm not hopeful we'll see our gutter. I know it's a small thing, but I paid way too much money for not to get what I paid for.

I got my sunroom installed by Patio Enclosures of ****** ****. All I can say is Patio Enclosures is not a good business to deal with. They sent a subcontractor to setup my sunroom. Water got into my sub-floor less than one week later. The work quality is extremely POOR and their customer service is VERY BAD. I got water leaking from the roof last week. Disappointing. We bought our patio enclosure last summer after experiencing a awful 2021 February freeze and grid debacle in *****. We were told this offered a means to have a water, weather tight means to protect our plants and add more space to our home.It took two months for it to come. In the fall of 2019 I had a enclosed porch attached to my house. In January of 2020 I had a leak. It was not repaired correctly and caused another leak right next to it. The company sent someone out several times but I still have 2 leaks. I gave up because I realized they didn't know what they were doing. Very slow about getting started with the work . We placed our order way back in July. Was told it would take about 16 weeks . Not very good in communication. We were waiting on inspections, but did not find out until a month later the inspector had already been out and failed the inspection. We received a letter and thats how we found out the septic tank had to be inspected and the area, where the sunroom was to be built, had to be flagged.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! The salesperson measured our patio wrong for the concrete contractor. They refuse to take accountability for their mistake and keep telling me that they have no responsibility to correct what their salesperson did. Never ever use Great Day Improvements. They have to be the worst that I have ever delt with. The work crews know nothing, they send one crew out to fix what another crew did and they send another crew to tear out what that crew did and then you get the same crew back. You will never get it finished like it was promised. And you will never talk with the sales person again. They should not even be in business!!!!!
