I have been getting letters, emails, texts, etc about the recalled weight sensor. I have been trying to get it replaced for a long time. First couple visits, I made my appointment online. They told me when I got there that my part was out of stock and to come back in a few months. I did for my next couple visits but same deal, out of stock. Did more damage to my car than they fixed on recalls
They didn't change my oil and they didn't put the cover on the bottom of the oil pan.
Honda dealer mislead me into coming in for a recall service then when I got there they did not do the recall and did this inspection making me think I had to get what they wanted me to get done on the car and charge me. I felt like they were scamming me. Service salesman kept trying to charge for oil change and it was still under the new car care and he had to keep saying: "oh, I forgot. Yes, you are right it is free.". He was more concerned with trying to make me feel like I had to get the inspection items done at around $8... read more
Absolutely terrible service. I went in for an oil change and came out with my undercarriage falling off my car. I had gotten twenty minutes away by the time it fell off my car, and it dragged the whole way back to the dealership. It was clear the service people didn't care at all. Do not recommend.
I was first in and first out I got an oil change, wheel rotation and multi point inspection. I appreciate the video and the Texts to keep me abreast of what's going on with the car. Awaiting area was comfortable, and I was thankful for the free coffee all in all it was a pleasurable experience.
Everything was fine except for the battery replacement. The new battery failed two weeks after it was installed, and I was stranded. I took the car back to Greensboro Honda the day after I was stranded and was told that the battery cables were loose. Why didn't the technician catch that when the new battery was installed? This was a sloppy battery installation and it cost me an extra afternoon at the dealership,
My experience at Greensboro Honda was mostly positive. The sales staff were polite, and I'm happy with the car itself. However, I was disappointed to find out after signing the paperwork that it only came with one key. As a first-time buyer, I didn't know to ask about this, and the dealership didn't disclose it until it was too late. Now, I'm being told I must pay for a second key. I expected more transparency and support, as this left me feeling like the dealership was taking advantage.
