My appointment was at 3:45, and when I got there, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get acknowledged, then they completely forgot about, and another 30 minutes went by and I was finally helped out, by the time my car was ready it was 6:05
Didn't like that they did not keep me informed about my car. I didn't get any texts regarding my car. They fixed one thing and it didn't stop the problem so I had to bring my car back.Customer service was awful.
I don't think the dealership even looked at our car's service issue, let alone try to diagnose/repair it.
Greensboro Honda charged me double the amount of MSRP for headlights
They are under construction and they are trying to maintain the amount of cars they process without considering the delay is causes to its customers. I spent 2 hours waiting for a simple oil change that I had an appointment. The complimentary car wash looked like the guy drove my car through so fast it was still dry dirt on the back. I complained but no one did anything. I will wait until construction id completed before I head back. It's a mess there. The waiting room was a mess too. Not fun.
I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home the service required light came on for an oil change and rotation. When I followed up with the service department they were very nice. But I took the vehicle to a different dealership to trip the alert and will be going there in the future.
Salesman was nice but didn't know anything about the car. When we went in to sign papers it was total chaos. It was my son's first car buying experience and he was not impressed. Had to take car back twice cause engine light came on then after that it started smoking. Thanks to Tyler from service for actually make it a good experience.

I asked three times for a full synthetic oil change. I checked my receipt and had recieved a basic oil change. Every time I take my car there and they have to open the hood, they let it fall from almost fully raised and it slams shut. It is always females that do this. You do not have to let hood fall from several feet. Someone needs to show these girls how to close a hood properly.
