Little pricey didnt get the military discount since booked through 3rd party you guys. The staff in the morning was a little rude The room was spacious and clean

An ok place to stay for a few days for two people max, but bring your own hangers, coffee and toiletries. This was an interesting layout for a room. We were located in the back lower level, so we had a nice semi private patio with two chairs and a small table, which unfortunately we didn’t use as we were out and about the area all day and into the evening. Quiet and relaxing The floor was super dirty with barefeet. The pool and jacuzzi and fire pit.

Fair In the area where I needed to park there was someone staying in a camper in the parking lot. Also our bathroom window which was along the walkway on backside of building had no screen or proper lock. I noticed on other rooms window people had put things in wkndow jam like we did. Also there was what appeared to be blood stains on shower curtain. When we checked out I notified front desk of issues and asked for my receipt to emailed to me...never received. In short would most likely not stay in future visits to Sedona. Room was not ready apon arrival. Arrived shortly after 3 which was check on time and room was not ready. We had to wait for an hour after traveling all day! Host said they would discount stay for room not being ready but still haven't seen the reflection of this... Breakfast was disappointing especially for the cost of the room

Disappointing
The result of last minute travel. The price $328 total a night. The room was advertised as $225 with $103 in taxes and fees added on later. The AC unit was loud and inefficient. The physical building could use updating and was noisy. The furniture was cheap and spartan. Shower pressure was inadequate. Forget about shampooing your hair. The staff did the best with what they had to work with. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. TV was large -new. Location was convenient. The room was over all very clean.
