Fair Bed was dirty with human and dog fur. Had to have the bedding replaced. Good value

Great stay as long as you don’t need any help from staff. The staff was not helpful at all. Upon arrival I asked if we were within walking distance to uptown and she said no and was not helpful at to where it was. For being from out of state and never being there before it would have been nice to get some tips on which direction to go etc. Great location. Very clean.

Bad Las sábanas de las camas estaban sucias. Solicité que las cambiaran y no tenían personal para realizar el cambio. Entonces lo tuve que hacer yo, al sacar las sábanas sucias, me percato que el protector de colchón también estaba sucio con manchas de sangre. No pude dormir en aquella cama y me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero sin ayuda para el traslado eran las 11 de la noche y nosotros estábamos con niños...para peor, si me cambiaba de habitación me cobraban más. Better customer service is need at this establishment. Friendlier staff in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

Ok People above me up most night and walking high heel on hard wood floor. Unable to sleep. Someone tried to brake in my room, scary Clean and friendly staff

Not worth the “Black Friday “ special price, don’t pay full price, you’ll be disappointed. When they remodeled, they neglected to put any insulation between the walls or on the ceiling/floor between upstairs and down. Spent all night listening to orangutan child above us running circuits through their room with lead-footed parents in pursuit! Breakfast was non existent, grabbed a coffee and an apple. Front desk staff didn’t want to be there and could care less that we were. Remodeled room, clean. Parked in front of room.
