Unsatisfied, I woke up more tired than I was when I went to sleep because of their mistake. I booked a double queen for my family of four. Instead they gave me a king and the most uncomfortable pull out couch and only discounted me 10%. After driving 7 hours I just wanted a comfy bed. I did not get that. The guy let us into the hot tub after hours.

One and done. Won't be back. The bed, bedding and pillows are terrible. The carpet is also something that needs to be replaced. We're happy we only stayed one night. The location is good and the staff was friendly.

Overall a big disappointment. Not worth the money. The cable tv was unavailable. I requested a handicapped room and it wasn’t. The floor was dirty,when the person came to deliver towels I had to request the floor cleaned, she dry mopped only the middle of the floor.

Not great This hotel is in much shabbier condition than shown in the photos on the website. We chose one of the rooms with a sofa and chair, but they were stained and ripped, and we didn’t even want to sit on them. Paint touchups around the room. We’re done with the color paint that didn’t even match the walls. Ripped window blinds. Great location.
