In short would most likely not stay in future visits to Sedona. Room was not ready apon arrival. Arrived shortly after 3 which was check on time and room was not ready. We had to wait for an hour after traveling all day! Host said they would discount stay for room not being ready but still haven't seen the reflection of this... Breakfast was disappointing especially for the cost of the room

Disappointing
The result of last minute travel. The price $328 total a night. The room was advertised as $225 with $103 in taxes and fees added on later. The AC unit was loud and inefficient. The physical building could use updating and was noisy. The furniture was cheap and spartan. Shower pressure was inadequate. Forget about shampooing your hair. The staff did the best with what they had to work with. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. TV was large -new. Location was convenient. The room was over all very clean.

We loved nearly everything about this place. Yogurt was out, then granola was out. Everything but they kept running out of food in the kitchen

Disappointing stay The room overall was low quality. The air conditioning didn't work, sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, bad indoor lightning and the walls & ceiling weren't sound proof at all. We constantly heard our neighbors talking and walking...not fun. In terms of location, there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel, but they are across a very busy 4 lane street with no cross walks in sight. Would not pay that price nor stay there the next time we visit View was not what was advertised, price compared to what we received was extremely high

Good location, great staff, room was okay, bed too firm for our liking The bed was too firm and the towels had stains and some of the bedding Grab and go breakfast
