Delicious food & environment. Will be going back!
I thought that the food and the ambience here were both great, the only thing that was incredibly subpar was the service and waiter that we had. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and had to wait longer than our reservation was scheduled for. Once we were seated, our waiter did not greet us for the first 5 minutes that we were seated at our table, never put in our appetizer order, and put in the wrong side for my girlfriend’s meal. Food was very good. Nice selection of options. Everyone in our party of 4 enjoyed their meals.
Excellent from arrival to departure... service from hosts to servers to managers... all excellent. Drinks and food amazing and timely. Hard to believe they’ve only been open a month. Outstanding all around and we were in with a 9 top for dinner on Friday night!
Our first table was right next to restrooms and we asked to be moved to bat area that had several open tables. The hostess wasn’t sure if she could but did check and we moved. The next table was right be server station and kitchen door. It took almost 10 minutes to be recognized by server. He was very nice but seemed overwhelmed and maybe new to service. We just went to Grindstone on the Monon for the second time. The service was AMAZING! The food was delicious! They have fried green tomatoes on their appetizer list! Yummy! I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant !
Absolutely delicious food. Can’t wait to go back and try other items! Nice wine and drink list. Great value on kids meals!
Very happy with our service, value and quality of food!
Wait staff seemed a little flustered and unorganized, perhaps because it’s still brand new ;). I had he fish and chips, not the best fish m chips option out there but not the worsts. Prices seem 1-2 dollars to high given the quality. I will still be coming back to try more, if nothing else the deserts from the pie shop in Zionsville rocked!
